Research has shown two Miss Blampied's for the period:
1. Alice Blampied - Lingere - French Red Cross.
2. Mary Le Quesne Blampied - Nurse - Volunteer Aid Detachment (St John Ambulance) & French Red Cross.
Both the above ladies were entitled to the British War Medal and the Victory Medal for their service during the First World War.
