These 27mm silver badges have the hallmarks for 'Birmingham 1957 & 1972 respectively' they have a silver flat topped Jersey shield on a silver background, the hand painted blue lettering is on white enamel. The 1957 badge possibly started life as a St Helier Police badge and has been re-painted in the Grouville Police design, note the wording is in English not French. The 1972 badge was probably made from a sample sent to the manufacturer by the Parish Hall. The third badge (hallmarked 1957) appears to have been re-enamelled incorrectly, hence the title is showing incorrectly.
