 This Patch is worn on the NATO pullover and the waterproof jackets by all Personnel of the States of Jersey Police. The third patch was introduced in 2001 for wear on the stab resistant vests, it is made of a rubber compound on black cloth. The patch below has been worn on the high visibility jackets since 2001
